Financial Fraud = No Biggie (In Canada)

This CBC News television report about Canadian fraud in the financial system is an eye-opener. The people who commit financial fraud are also the same exact people who "regulate" the system. No wonder no one gets caught...It's a "clubhouse" mentality where everyone knows each other.
