Miami Beach Review

Went on a short trip to Miami (technically Miami Beach) and it was pretty good overall. Unlike staying at a typical beach resort all day in Cuba or Dominican Republic, Miami Beach offers a "beachy" and city experience for travellers. I also ended up visiting  (the "Venice of America") which was close enough for a half-day trip.

Some highlights of the trip:

• Lincoln Road pedestrian mall: Nice place to check out at night, eat and take a walk...Get some dessert too...Worth checking out
• b.e.d. supper club, which had a (surprise) bed theme.
• Fort Lauderdale water taxi, where you can see $50 million yachts docked at a cost of $700/day. Yup per day.
• Beaches of course...The amount of seaweed was unexpected though.
